Taking your pet to your registered vet, moving house with a stressed or anxious pet, transport to a grooming appointment for nervous pets, helping a pet reach a clinic for a routine procedure if they struggle with travel, assisting with safe transport for elderly or injured pets.

This fee covers the time and professional responsibility required for a veterinary surgeon to review your pet’s clinical records and issue a legally valid written prescription. This allows you to obtain prescribed medication from an external pharmacy if you choose, in accordance with RCVS guidelines.

If you’re travelling abroad with your pet, we can complete the required Animal Health Certificate in the comfort of your home.
The service includes a full pre-travel health check and completion of the official travel documents, with time set aside to explain the process and answer any questions.
