*This fee applies when we come to you, usually for situations where your pet needs extra help or transport, such as:
Taking your pet to your registered vet, moving house with a stressed or anxious pet, transport to a grooming appointment for nervous pets, helping a pet reach a clinic for a routine procedure if they struggle with travel, assisting with safe transport for elderly or injured pets.
**Applies only within the Milton Keynes area. Assistance outside this area is available subject to availability and will incur a mileage-based surcharge.
Written Prescription Fee / per Item

This fee covers the time and professional responsibility required to assess your pet’s medical records and issue a legally valid written prescription. It allows you to obtain prescribed medication from an external pharmacy if you wish, in line with RCVS guidelines.
Animal Health Certificate (AHC) – Home Visit Service*

If you’re travelling abroad with your pet, we can complete the required Animal Health Certificate in the comfort of your home.
The service includes a full pre-travel health check and completion of the official travel documents, with time set aside to explain the process and answer any questions.
* Please note: The rabies vaccination is not included in this fee. If required, it can be provided at an additional cost of £75, or it must already be valid before the appointment.

Individual Cremation with Return Of Ashes

For those who wish to keep their pet’s ashes, we offer individual cremation. Your pet will be cremated alone, and their ashes will be returned to you in a chosen Keepsake, Urn, Casket or Scatter Tube .
